Probably the best way to sign clients up to your bespoke online training is over the phone.

However, one of the best ways to worry new clients and activate their online scam alerts is to take their money and not give them anything for 24 hours. Even if you're 100% honest and are simply creating their plans, it's hard to win back this trust, you only get one chance at a great first impression.


As an online service provider the best way to make your clients feel at ease, make them happy with their decision to work with you and to get them excited about the journey ahead is to provide them with something great within minutes of taking payment.

For a bespoke training package this would be a simple welcome pack. While you can include anything you like a standard version could include a Welcome email, login details, a PARQ and perhaps a 3 day food diary. This is a simple but very effective way to get the coaching process started and to make your clients feel like they picked a true professional at the top of their game.
